An Architect for Enterprise Culture
JRUDD CONSULTING CO. specializes in building and supporting enterprise culture. Based in Charlottesville, VA, we design and implement strategic frameworks that bridge the gap between the technical, business, and professional mindsets.
My perspective comes from a 12 year journey through high-tech research, development, and commercialization. I have navigated techno-economic modeling for National Lab research, product innovation & development for a Global Engineering Firm (USA, UK, Germany, Japan), managed technology commercialization efforts for R1 Universities, and made strategic pivots for Startups.
I founded this service to share the multi-domain knowledge and skills acquired with my fellow scholars who are creating tomorrow. I look forward to meeting with you and assessing how I can assist your program.
