The ProDev Simulator™ is designed to develop systems-level thinking under realistic conditions for emerging technical leaders. My perspective comes from a 12 year journey through high-tech research, development, and commercialization. I have conducted techno-economic modeling for National Lab research, navigated research & product development for a Global Engineering Firm (USA, UK, Germany, Japan), managed technology commercialization efforts for two Colleges of Engineering (R1), and made strategic pivots for Startups.
